Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aireadyschools.com (the "Site"), which is provided by AI Ready Schools (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

The Site and Its Content

The Site provides information about the Company's services and tools for prospective district partners, including an inquiry form and the AI Readiness Index. The Site is informational. It does not, on its own, create a contract for services between you and the Company. Contracts for services are entered into separately and in writing.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for the purpose of evaluating the Company's services, requesting information, and completing the AI Readiness Index. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Site or its security.
• Use automated means to access the Site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our systems.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or sell content from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Submit information that is false, misleading, or that you are not authorized to submit on behalf of your district or organization.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

The AI Readiness Index report produced for your district is provided for your district's internal use. You may share it within your district and use it to inform your district's planning. You may not republish, sell, or sublicense the report.

Submissions

When you submit information through the Site, you represent that you have the authority to share that information and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process the submitted information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. The Company will treat your submission in accordance with that policy.

No Professional Advice

The information on the Site and within the AI Readiness Index report is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, technical, or professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. Decisions about your district's policies, procurement, instruction, and operations remain the responsibility of your district and its qualified advisors.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

Third-Party Services

The Site may rely on third-party services, including Google for form processing and our hosting provider for site delivery. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site following a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
