A week of intention. A year of momentum.
The full partnership is built around five core sessions of in-district work, yearlong learning pathways for your first 100 educators, and a year of structured checkpoints. It is the most direct path from an interested district to an integrated one.
The full partnership is $35,000. Includes the in-district sequence, learning pathways for 100 educators, calendar-aligned checkpoints, and the year-end capstone. Pathways for additional faculty: $80 per educator.
Limited number of district partnerships available per academic year.
Five core sessions, sequenced for change.
One arc.
Five consecutive days in-district. The right model for districts launching a yearlong AI initiative with concentrated energy and a clear runway.
Five strategic sessions distributed across the academic year, typically once per quarter plus an opening session, in person or virtual, aligned to your calendar. The right model for districts that want a sustained thinking partner woven into the year’s decisions rather than a single launch moment.
Both formats deliver the same five-session arc. Both include yearlong learning pathways for 100 educators, calendar-aligned checkpoints, and the year-end capstone.
Leadership and Vision
Up to 25 district leaders. Superintendents, assistant superintendents, principals.
Six hours that move from AI literacy through pedagogy to advanced practice. The arc closes with goal setting and a shared vision for AI integration across the year.
Teacher Leaders
Department chairs, instructional coaches, technology coaches, and supervisors.
A six-hour session built for the people doing the work in classrooms and meetings. The same arc as Session One, with more hands-on practice and applied scenarios for the contexts these leaders move through every week.
Targeted Workshop
Up to 25 participants in your district’s priority area.
Options include Universal Design for Learning and AI, English Language Arts and AI, Student Engagement, Vibe Coding for Educators, and a broad AI Accelerator covering the most useful practices available right now. Session Three can also extend Session One or Session Two for districts with larger leadership teams.
Leadership Coaching
Six one-on-one sessions with members of the leadership team.
Sustained time with individual leaders to build what your district actually needs. Examples include drafting an annual AI plan, configuring agentic workflows for a leader’s office, scoping a custom internal tool, or developing a department-specific implementation roadmap.
Teacher Coaching
Six one-on-one sessions with teachers in your priority departments.
Instructional coaching with an AI focus, in the work teachers are already doing. The outcome is a sharper practice, not a longer tool list.
A note on customization. The five-session sequence is the default. Districts with larger leadership teams sometimes expand to a second leadership session; districts with established AI footing sometimes substitute a custom workshop for one of the foundational sessions. The structure is designed to flex with what your district actually needs.
What sustains the momentum.
Learning pathways for 100 educators
Ten hours of self-paced professional learning. Eight modules. From AI literacy through pedagogy to advanced practice. Districts typically allocate the 100 seats to instructional coaches, department leads, and early-adopter teachers. Pathways for additional faculty: $80 per educator.
Calendar-aligned checkpoints
Touchpoints built into your existing department meetings, faculty meetings, and leadership cabinets. The checkpoints happen inside meetings you’re already holding, not new ones we ask you to schedule.
A year-end capstone
A district artifact your team produces and we review. Something for your board, your community, and your faculty to see.
Entry points for districts beginning the work.
Not every engagement begins with a full year. These partnerships are built for districts exploring AI integration, conducting board or cabinet briefings, or piloting before a full partnership. Learning Pathways can be added to any format.
$7,000 in-person. $5,000 virtual.
Keynote and afternoon sessions. The right entry point for districts beginning the conversation or for board and cabinet briefings.
$14,000 in-person. $10,000 virtual.
Keynote and afternoon sessions, plus a full leadership workshop. A focused start for districts with an established sense of where they want to go.
$21,000 in-person. $15,000 virtual.
Keynote and afternoon sessions, plus full workshops for leadership and for teachers. A condensed version of the full partnership structure.
Built for districts that want to go further.
Agentic workflows for school offices
We design and stand up custom agents that take ongoing work off the plates of your superintendents, principals, supervisors, and coaches. Capable staff members who don’t sleep.
Vibe coding for your existing software stack
We build small, sharply scoped applications on top of the platforms your district already pays for. Software that fits your district, instead of software your district has to fit into.
Local language models
We help districts stand up local LLMs that can safely receive student data without it ever leaving campus. The right answer for districts with sensitivity around PII and a desire to use AI fully.
Custom curriculum work
We co-design AI-integrated curricula for specific courses or programs. Less a curriculum overlay and more a reconsideration of what the course can be now.
